I helped to set up Portobello Community Choir as a community singing group, open to all, in 2014 and have been the song leader for the group ever since.

We sing for fun, to build community and for our own wellbeing. We learn a variety of harmony songs from around the world by ear  including some original compositions. We also run a couple of singing sessions each year on Portobello Beach, sing at local community events including the annual wassail at Donkeyfield Community Orchard and the December market in Brighton Park and often have a summer concert raising money for causes chosen by the choir. . Please visit the choir website for more information. No auditions – all welcome!
